Why don't you do what Ninjaforge does Mike? Offer some immediate fixes / support and free components to some of the other developers here and we will help you hash out some of the mess. It seems like you have a lot of people waiting months for answers. There is an obvious need for some type of moderation system and protocol when dealing with customer service for a commercial product. Anything less is just bad business.

I think you have some great components but they have not been thoroughly tested. That's not coming from some random newb, I am a paying customer who develops community sites for clients in the states. I could have a lot of custom work for you, but if this is how you handle support for your products, well...
