Licensing problems, include the following information:
Username
Product Name
Invoice ID
URL and IP (applicable if you've changed/added to it)

Bug Reports: Provide as many details as humanly possible, including:
What's the error message, if any.
Describe the problem further.
What will/may trigger the problem.
What do you think you've done recently that might have caused it.
Have you checked through the forums?
Do not just say "There is a problem", or "It's not working", because it does not accomplish anything and I'll have to reply you asking the same questions again (which I rarely do).
If it is regarding licenses, downloads or bugs etc, please read the information above.
Not providing necessary information (especially your USERNAME) slows down the support process tremendously, and creates unnecessary trouble for me. Your email may (will definitely) be ignored or lost in backlog. I AM SERIOUS!
